FAQ

How much does therapy cost? Do you take insurance?

- My rate is $125 per 50min session. Which can be paid via cash, credit/debit, or HSA/FSA. As for insurance, my clients pay me directly and I provide a receipt that can be given to their insurance providers for reimbursement.

What kind of therapy do you do?

- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Instead of dwelling on problems, we'll zoom in on your dreams and what you want to achieve. It's all about tapping into your strengths and making positive changes, often in less time than other therapies.

What is your specialty?

- While I love working with anyone, I specialize in treatment for neurodivergent folks, those in addiction recovery, couples/relationship work, burnout, grief, trauma/ptsd, anxiety, depression, and therapy for creatives/artists.

How long does therapy usually go on for?

- Well, that's totally up to you. With Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), you're in the driver's seat. You decide how often we meet and for how long. And the great thing is, SFBT tends to work pretty fast, without skimping on results. So, we might wrap things up after just a few sessions, whenever you feel ready.

What can I expect in a therapy session?

- Picture this: we'll kick things off by chatting about what you're hoping to achieve through therapy. Then, we'll dive deep into what this mean to you and how to make them happen. We'll focus on your strengths, have some meaningful talks, and hopefully, you'll leave feeling inspired to make those changes happen!

When will I start feeling better in therapy?

- It varies for everyone, but with SFBT's hopeful baseline, you might notice a shift after our very first session.

Where do we meet?

That's up to your preference! I am available online as well as in my physical office in downtown Bentonville!
