I utilize Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as my evidence-based therapy approach when working with clients.

Cost:
Individual - $135 for 45-50 minute session
Couples & Family - $155 for 45-50 minute session
Extended Sessions - $180 for 90 minute session
Intensives - $1,000 for 2 Days. Typically held on Friday/Saturday (email for more information)

Workshops
In my work experience prior to becoming a counselor, I did a fair bit of teaching. I enjoy sharing things I'm passionate about with others. That's why I offer workshops!
My last workshop was titled "Illuminate & Inspire: A Workshop on Cultivating Artist's Creative Hopes." This was an amazing experience with local artists in NWA. I believe artists are some of the most needed people on our planet for a variety of reasons.
